I took an old cigar box and altered into this vintage keepsake box.

Altering things we already have on hand is not only easy but fun too. Boxes are one of my favorite things to alter. 

Here is what I started off with..

Then by painting/inking, adhering scrapbook paper and embellishments to it, we get this!

Olde Curiosity Shoppe Altered box

This is a cigar box that I altered with Graphic 45 Olde Curiosity Shoppe collection for a swap I was in. It goes with the 2 previous projects here on my blog. My swap partner likes this collection from G45 and so that's what I went with!  It was my first time altering one of these boxes, it was very fun and I love how it came out! She loved all three projects as well. :)
