Mixed Media Coaster 9

Okay this is the last of my altered coasters. Another favorite of mine! I painted, stenciled and stamped on the background. The little guy is a digital stamp from The Octopode Factory

 And this is the quote I used on the back sides of the coasters. They were painted to kinda match the front so obviously this isn't the back to the one above, but the idea is still the same on each one.

Mixed Media Coaster 8

For this coaster I put down some text book paper and then painted my background over top. I used stencils, rub-ons, glitter glue and paper embellishments. I hand drew the flower and painted it. Outlined with charcoal pencil.

For this coaster I painted my background then added layers with stencils and rub-ons. I painted the heart and went around it with my charcoal pencil to give it some depth. Added a few paper embellishments on top. The pointing finger is a print and cut I made with my Cameo!

Almost finished with postings of my altered coasters. This one I painted the background. There is some book print under the paint. Hand drew the person from my mind and painted. Added a few rub-ons. It happens to be one of my favorites.

For this coaster I painted the background. Then I used ink pads to ink in the hearts with a stencil. The image is a stamp I bought from Red Lead.
