This ATC has metal tape background that I dry embossed and added some paint to.
Gears are diecut from brown paper.
The men and quote are Tim Holtz stamps.
The gear embellishment was made from a mold with the melting pot and then painted and inked.
This one has an inked background.
The stamped umbrella man is heat embossed and outlined.
I added heat embossing to the card and edges as well.
The quote is stamped on cardstock.
